Below is a partial list of the senior federal employees who, in 2017 and 2018, fabricated false charges against me, harassed me, terrorized me, and intentionally put my life in danger at the USDOE National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL). In July of 2018, I was forced to flee federal service and the NETL to protect my life.   To avoid being illegally fired, I was forced to retire from federal service ten years before I planned to.

I am seated in the photo below on the right.  NETL Director Cugini is on the right. Secretary of Energy Dr. Steven Chu is in the center of the photo.  I drew an atom in his hand because Sec Chu was explaining to us how he won a Nobel Prize in Physics for inventing a way to capture and levitate an atom between coherent laser light.

I am seated in this photo. My friend and colleague of 25 years, NETL Director Dr. Anthony V. Cugini, is on the right. We are listening to Dr. Chu explain how he won a Nobel Prize in Physics.

This page is in honor and memory of my friend and colleague of 25 years,
DOE NETL Director Dr. Anthony V. Cugini.  Anthony was a devout Roman Catholic.

On January 8, 2014, Anthony committed suicide in a barren field near the NETL Pittsburgh site.  He was a victim of weaponized “workplace mobbing” by Arnoni Gang member NETL Chief Counsel Susan E. Malie and the NETL Law Department.

Arnoni and his Gang did the same thing to me. After 41 months of their attacks, I tried to commit suicide to escape.  I barely survived.
