ABOUT MY FEDERAL SERVICE FOR MY COUNTRY (return to homepage)

My Oath of Truth to law enforcement and to the public
that everything on this website is true

This page is in honor and memory of my friend and colleague of 25 years,
USDOE NETL Director Dr. Anthony Vincent Cugini.

Anthony earned BS, MS and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering
from the University of Pittsburgh.

Anthony spent countless hours volunteering. He loved coaching his children’s sports teams, camping with the Boy Scouts, working at the Saint Louise Fish Fry, judging the High School Science Bowl, managing the food bank at St. Raphael, and mentoring at Holy Family Institute.

In the photo below on the right, Secretary of Energy Nobel Laureate Dr. Steven Chu is shown at the NETL.  I am seated.  NETL Director Dr. Anthony V. Cugini is on the far right.  Dr. Chu was explaining to us how he won a Nobel Prize in Physics for inventing a way to capture and levitate an atom between coherent laser light.

On January 8, 2014, Anthony committed suicide in a barren field near the Pittsburgh site of the USDOE NETL Pittsburgh site.  He was a devout Roman Catholic. He was a victim of weaponized “workplace mobbing” by NETL Chief Counsel Susan E. Malie and the NETL Law Department.

Anthony is missed terribly by his family and friends, but, because of all his kindnesses, he lives on forever in our hearts.

Here’s a link to Anthony’s obituary

After 41 months of attacks led by NETL Chief Counsel Susan E. Malie at the NETL and at my home, on April 7, 2019,
I tried to commit suicide to escape their Attacks.
I was in the ICU and hospital for five days. I barely survived.
