Justice Cleckley served as a Navy JAG in Vietnam for three years.  The Secretary of Defense called him “the most sought-after attorney in Vietnam.”   He was the first black Professor of Law at WVU, and the first African American to serve as a Justice on the WV Supreme Court.  He and my father were good friends.

DOE NETL Chief Counsel Susan E. Malie, former City Solicitor of Pittsburgh. The Mayor of Pittsburgh Bob O’Conner fired Malie for misconduct. She fabricated false charges against me and used violent coercion to force me to flee federal service to protect my life.  Accused me of treason against the US government.  She stole my federal job and my intellectual property, my US Patent 8,391,552. Her Attacks were in retaliation for organizing peaceful protests and filing lawsuits (e.g., People Against Police Violence v. City of Pittsburgh) against her when I was on the board of directors of the Thomas Merton Center in Pittsburgh.

The Magistrate of Bethel Park, PA. He is not a lawyer. When he was a council member and Mayor of Brentwood, PA, two police officers working for him murdered an innocent African American businessman named Jonny Gammage, with impunity.  They were not held accountable by mistrial or acquital by an all white jury.

In retaliation for organizing peaceful and lawsuits against him, he fabricated false defammatory, inflammatory public records about me, had a police SWAT team surround and raid my house, without cause, then stole my house from me. I fled into Amish coutry Ohio to escape his attacks and try to hide.

Common pleas Judge Hugh F. McGough, former Solicitor for the Pittsburgh Citizens’ Police Review Board. He prevented police from being held accountable for illegally and violently attacking innocent, peaceful protesters during the G20 Summit in Pittsburgh.

He stole my house and federal retirement savings under color-of–law in retaliation for my peaceful protests and lawsuits against him.

Allegheny County Solicitor Luke C. Kelly began his attacks on me in September of 2018.  This is after Michael B. Greenstein was disbarred on August 9, 2018, for stealing money from his clients, including my ex-wife Dr. Nancy Joyce Shaffer, to feed his drug addiction.

Trump’s attorneys Devine and van der Veen know that I was attacked at the NETL by senior federal employees of Trump’s Administration (see the list below).  So, Attorney Devine wishing me to “have a safe evening Mr. Shaffer” did not make me feel safe at all.  It made me feel like he was trying to intimidate me – as in witness intimidation. I will not be intimidated.

Shameful lawyer John Adamczyk. He had a letter delivered to me during my father’s funeral in the Episcopal Church where he was a Priest.  His letter insulted my family and tried to extort $240,000 from me.

Shameful lawyer Chris Stachtiaris.  He helped former Solicitor for the Pittsburgh Citizens Review Board Hugh F. McGough steal my house and federal retirement savings.

Shameful lawyer Darren Oglesby.  Told me thirty times that “if I wanted a trial I could have a trial”  Then told me he would no longer represent me or be my friend if I didn’t let McGough steal my house.

WEAPONIZED WORKPLACE MOBBING

“Workplace mobbing is a malicious attempt to force a targeted individual out of the workplace through false accusations, humiliation, general harassment, emotional abuse, and terror.  It is a ‘ganging up’ on a targeted individual by the leaders of an organization, managers, and co-workers. Targeted individuals are usually high achievers who care about and speak about social injustices in their organization.

Injuries to the targeted individual include long term psychological damage, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, chronic unemployment, social exclusion, and sometimes suicidal and homicidal reactions” (Groeblinghoff & Becker, 1996, p.277; Leymann, 1996, p.180; Zapf & Leymann, 1996; Vickers, 2006).
