Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud (MBS) meeting in The Oval Office on March 20, 2018, Donald Trump. This was three days before the opening of the Eighth World Congress on Particle Technology (8WCPT). Among the top organizations sponsoring the 8WCPT were the USDOE National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) and Saudi Arabia Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC). SABIC and the world’s wealthiest petrochemical companies are using my US Patent 8,391,552 disguised as a non-patented “open source” technology they call “NETL Tracker” – for free . The recognition owed to US taxpayers for funding 8,391,552 was stolen. The royalties from 8,391,552 due to the US Treasury were stolen. Under Saudi Arabia’s Sharia law, the punishment for theft is to, as a deterrent from Allah (Holy Quran 5:38), chop off the hand of the Thief -- as illustrated in the photo above.
On October 2, 2018, MBS had Washington Post reporter Jamal Kashoggi murdered in the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul, Turkey. His body was chopped into small pieces and flushed down a drain in the Saudi Consulate. To try to hide his crime, MBS had a body double of Kashoggi walk out of the Saudi Consulate.
MBS had Khashoggi slaughtered to silence him as a prominent, high-profile critic of Saudi Royal Family. This is the Investigative finding of the CIA in 2018.

The technology of 8,391,552 gave the world the ability to, for the first time, see and measure individual particle motion inside flows of very high particle concentrations. The technology of US Patent 8,391,552 provided the following firsts: First observation and measurement of the flow of blood cells in artificial hearts and lungs, including thrombogenesis (formation of clots) and hemolysis (damage to blood cells). First observation and measurement of the following phenomenon in research scale, pilot scale and industrial petrochemical processing units: o Particle clustering o Random particle motion o Granular Temperature o Particle-Particle collisions o Particle-wall collisions o Particle rotation One of the most valuable applications of U.S. Patent 8,391,552 is in the calibration of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) models like NETL’s MFIX and CPFD’s Barracuda model. This is done by applying 8,391,552 to measure Lagrangian particle trajectories in a small two-dimensional fluidized bed. This was an original, unique idea I invented. Patent 8,391,552 can be used to improve the performance of any process using high concentrations of particles, bubbles, or droplets, including: pharmaceutical blending; chemical processing; turbine blood pumps; turbine propulsion; propeller cavitation (cavitation produces noise that can be detected hundreds of miles away and casuse propeller damage); artificial hearts and lungs; centrifuge particle separation by size or density; flow visualization; high speed centrifuges for uranium isotope separation, etc. |

THE THEFT OF MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY On January 20, 2017, Trump became President of the United States. On the same day, he appointed the Director of the DOE National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), Dr. Grace Bochenek, as his interim Secretary of Energy. Two weeks later, on February 3, 2017, the attacks began at the Pittsburgh site of the DOE National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) to remove me from federal service, unjustly discredit me, and silence me so the Saudi Royal Family could use the technology of my US Patent 8,391,552 for free from Donald Trump. Saudi Arabia Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) is now using the technology of my US Patent 8,391,552, to improve the performance of their petrochemical processing facilities. This is increasing profits for the richest family in the world, The Saudi Royal Family. After 17 months of attacks at the NETL, on July 9, 2018, I was forced to flee the NETL to protect my life. The same month of July 2018, Dr. Tingwen Li and other NETL contractor employees were hired by Saudi Arabia Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) to implement the technology of 8,391,552 to improve the performance of their petrochemical processing facilities. I can find no contractual agreement governing the transfer of technology from the United States NETL to Saudi Arabia’s SABIC. After I fled from the NETL, to discredit and silence me, NETL Chief Counsel Susan E. Malie designated me as a State Terrorist (another of her despicable lies) and banned me from ever again associating my name with the DOE. She failed. The NETL then tried to discredit my work and my US Patent 8,391,552 by having NETL federal employees Dr. Ronald W. Breault, Justin Weber, Dr. Bill Rogers, and others, give presentations and publish papers claiming that the technology of 8,391,552 was not unique and that it was no better than a host of other technologies.
This is not true and they know it.
After fleeing from the NETL, I was subjected to ten years of color-of-attacks by the Magistrate of Bethel Park Ronald Arnoni, Allegheny County Solicitor Luke C. Kelly, common pleas Judge Hugh F. McGough, and other lawyers in Pittsburgh. Allegheny County Solicitor Luke C. Kelly tried to cause my death and make it appear to be by natural causes so his clients, Troy Halo the owner of Pittsburgh Lumber and his paramour, my ex-wife Dr. Nancy J. Shaffer, would gain control of my US Patent 8,391,552 and the royalties it produced. She was my sole beneficiary. They sought the same thing sought by the Saudi Royal Family. |

CHRONOLOGY OF THE THEFT OF MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, UNITED STATES PATENT 8,391,552 The theft of my US Patent 8,391,552 began in February of 2017, immediately after Trump took Office. The theft was launched in earnest in 2018 during the Eighth World Conference on Particle Technology (8WCPT). The World Conference on Particle Technology is held every four years. It is attended by more than five hundred scientists and engineers from around the world. SABIC and the NETL were sponsors of the 8WCPT.
Notice that the top “PLATINUM” sponsor of the 8WCPT is CPFD, Computational Fluid Particle Dynamics. Below is a quote from the founders of CPFD, Dr. Dale Snider and Dr. Ken Williams. CPFD was founded by scientists and engineers from the USDOE Los Alamos National Laboratory

NINETY-EIGHT (98) DAYS BEFORETHE 8WCPT On January 16, 2018, when the Final Program for the 8WCPT was made public, NETL Chief Counsel Susan E. Malie, NETL Chief Operating Officer Linda S. Kimberling, NETL Site Security Officer Allen K. Lichvar, Dr. Ronald W. Breault, and other senior Trump officials falsely accused me of putting the entire NETL at risk. How? By leaving a window in my office open by 1.5 inches. I’d had that window opened by 1.5 inches for ten years with no problems. |

TWO (2) DAYS BEFORE THE 8WCPT On April 20, 2018, Supervisor Breault issued a bogus disciplinary action against me to suspend me from federal service. He alleged that I committed the “very serious” crime of opening a window in my office on a hot day and disobeying his orders to close it. ELEVEN (11) DAYS AFTER THE 8WCPT
NETL Chief Counsel Thief Susan E. Malie and NETL Law Department Director Thief Mark Hunzeker begin their effort to drive me from federal service by illegally firing me. Not only would I have lost my federal job, but I also would’ve lost all of the retirement benefits I’d earned in 32 years of federal service. Below is an email from Chief Counsel Malie and Law Director Hunzeker. They are having NETL Site Security Officer Lichvar search for evidence of days I was not at the NETL. I was not at the NETL on some of those days because if I showed up for work, they would fabricate false charges against me, harass me, intentionally put my life in danger. The dates April 4-13, 2018, were just ten days before the 8WCPT opened on April 23, 2018. |

FIFTY-FOUR (54) DAYS AFTER THE 8WCPT Immediately after final papers were submitted for publication in the Proceedings of the 8WCPT, I was banned from doing work for the USDOE and banned from associating my name with the USDOE. |
I have never stopped associating my name with the USDOE, and I never will.

After I was forced flee from the NETL engineers, Ronald Breault, Justin Weber and Bill Rogers stole the high-speed camera equipment I’d purchased with $1.5 million dollars in funding from the USDOI Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement and the USDOI Bureau of Ocean and Energy Management . |
