Susan E. Malie

DOE NETL Chief Counsel Susan E. Malie, former City Solicitor of Pittsburgh. The Mayor of Pittsburgh Bob O’Conner fired Malie for misconduct. She fabricated false charges against me and used violent coercion to force me to flee federal service to protect my life.   Tried to ban me from ever associating my name with the USDOE (she failed).   She stole my federal job and my intellectual property, my US Patent 8,391,552. Her Attacks were in retaliation for organizing peaceful protests and filing lawsuits (e.g., People Against Police Violence v. City of Pittsburgh) against her when I was on the board of directors of the Thomas Merton Center.

Ronald Arnoni

The Magistrate of Bethel Park, PA. When he was a council member and Mayor of Brentwood, PA, two police officers under his Leadership murdered an innocent African American businessman named Jonny Gammage, with impunity.   They were not held accountable by mistrial or acquital by an all white jury.

In retaliation for organizing peaceful protests and lawsuits against him, he fabricated false defammatory, inflammatory public records about me, had a police SWAT team raid my house, without cause, then stole my house from me. I fled into Amish coutry Ohio to escape his attacks and try to hide.

Hugh F. McGough

Common pleas Judge Hugh F. McGough, former Solicitor for the Pittsburgh Citizens’ Police Review Board. For his misconduct, the JCRB immediately removed McGough from presiding over my divorce in his Kangaroo Court.   He believes I caused death threats, e.g., “someone should kill n!gg&r lovin’ kike fags like you“ to Josh Pollock, the son of his Campaign Finance Manager Attorney David Pollock.   McGough shackled me to a metal table, alone, without counsel, then forced me to sign over my federal retirement savings under threat of five years imprisonment .

ATTACKS BY ARNONI AND HIS GANG MEMBERS

I have been under color-of-law Attacks by Arnoni’s Gang since October 5, 2015. That’s when the Honorable US District Court Judge Carl J. Barbier for the Eastern District of Louisiana ordered British Petroleum to deposit $20.8 billion in the United States Treasury.

It was the largest single fine of a single entity in US history.

I played an important role in causing the $20.8 billion fine .

Arnoni and his Gang Members have stolen the following from me under color-of-law:

1. My federal job with the US Department of Energy
2. My Zero Energy Design solar house
3. My federal retirement savings
4. My intellectual property, namely my US Patent 8,391,552, by disguising it as a non-patented “open source” technology they call NETL Tracker

The most painful attacks by Arnoni and his Gang were:

1. The desecration of my father’s funeral in the Episcopal Church where he was a Priest.
2. The Attacks immediately after the massacre at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh.  

MOTIVE 1: Retaliation for my important role in causing British Petroleum to be fined $20.8 billion dollars.  

MOTIVE 2: Theft of my intellectual property, namely, my US Patent 8,391,552, by disguising it as a non-patented “open source” technology they call NETL Tracker.  Patent 8,391,552 was developed in my lab using an Atomic Vapor Laser from Los Alamos . MOTIVE 3: Retaliation for my work for social justice and civil rights at the USDOE NETL and with Thomas Merton Center in Pittsburgh .  

MOTIVE 4: To silence me? According to my colleague, nuclear engineer Cem Gokay, we secretly gave Pakistan the Atomic Vapor Laser Isotope Separation (AVLIS) process technology from Los Alamos so Pakistan could build their own nuclear weapons stockpile.

I got a call from Trump Attorney David C. Devine informing me that Trump’s lead attorney Michael van der Veen would like to “consult with, confer, and speak with me” and telling me to
“have a safe evening Mr. Shaffer”

Trump’s attorneys Devine and van der Veen know that I was attacked at the NETL by senior federal employees of Trump’s Administration (see the list below).  So, Attorney Devine wishing me to “have a safe evening Mr. Shaffer” did not make me feel safe at all.  It made me feel like he was trying to intimidate me – as in witness intimidation. I will not be intimidated.

What is $20.8 billion dollars?  I had no idea.  I had to look it up myself.

MY LIFE BEFORE THE $20.8 BILLION FINE

For thirty years I’d been trusted with state secrets about the proliferation, proposed use, and actual use of nuclear weapons.

I used nuclear weapons technologies in my research.

In 2013 through 2015, I was cleared by the FBI to do large-scale experiments
with JP5 jet fuel inside Naval Weapons Station Earle.

I’d never been arrested for anything more serious than a traffic violation. The 535 federal employees of the NETL had been my only community for 32 years. I had a family I loved.  I had a secure federal job I loved. I had a unique Zero Energy Design (ZED) house. I had retirement savings.

MY LIFE AFTER  THE $20.8 BILLION FINE

Since the $20.8 billion fine, there have been false, defamatory, inflammatory records created about me at the local, county, state, and federal levels.  The lies were fabricated by Arnoni’s Gang, senior federal employees and federal security officers. 

Their despicable, defamatory, inflammatory lies about me are designed to dissuade anyone from helping me -- and to incite everyone to harm me. Their lies have incited others to attack me many times. 

Arnoni’s Gang stole my federal job, destroyed my federal career, destroyed my family, and had me ostracized from the USDOE NETL, the only community I had for 32 years.  Some of Arnoni’s Gang members are taking credit for my work and patents.

Their attacks were so vicious, violent, ubiquitous, and unrelenting, that on April 7, 2019, after 41 months of attacks, I tried to end my life to escape their attacks.  I was in the ICU and hospital for five days.

The main reason I tried to end my life was the attacks by Arnoni’s Gang immediately after the massacre at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh.  Here is a link to my statement about that, under penalty of perjury, to the Judicial Conduct Review Board of Pennsylvania.

CHRONOLOGY OF THE ATTACKS

AFTER THE $20.8 BILLION DOLLAR FINE WAS ORDERED

TWENTY-FIVE (25) days after the $20.8 billion dollar fine was ordered, on October 30, 2015, my then-wife, Dr. Nancy J. Shaffer, tried to slam a piece of hardwood furniture into my head while I was half-conscious because I was on a three-week course of doxycycline to treat Lyme disease. I was infected with the spirochete (spiral cutter) bacteria that causes Lyme disease while working at the OHMSETT facility at Naval Weapons Station Earle in Leonardo NJ.  NWS Earle is one-hundred miles due south of Lyme, CT.

NINETY-FIVE (95) days after the $20.8 billion dollar fine was ordered, on January 8, 2016, false defamatory, inflammatory records were fabricated about me giving the impression that I assaulted my wife and her autistic daughter using a weapon that was hidden from public view.  I was not arrested or charged with anything because I’d done nothing wrong. 

Thirty years ago, a Mennonite Elder with a PhD in Nuclear Engineer, Dr. Everett Ramer, convinced me to live a life of non-violent pacifism.  I’ve been a Christian Buddhist pacifist since then. 

This is my weapon of choice: Je suis Charlie!

Magistrate Arnoni and his police officers fabricated false defamatory, inflammatory records about me giving the false impression that I assaulted my wife and her autistic daughter. I was not arrested or charged with anything because I’d done nothing wrong.

I do not assault anyone -- let alone helpless little autistic girls. Instead, I got her a puppy.  I got her a “cool” ZED (Zero Energy Design) house with a handmade stone jacuzzi to help her make friends. I got her into the Bethel Park school system, one of the best in Pennsylvania. 

Arnoni and his Gang created false public records misleading the public to believe that I assaulted this little girl:

All my wife and I needed to do was sell our house and divide the profits.  That should have taken less than a year.

Because of the lies in FD-16-00031, I cannot get a job, I cannot rent an apartment, I cannot get a loan, and I cannot get in a relationship because they will all do background checks and believe the despicable lies about me.

ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY-TWO (142) days after the $20.8 billion dollar fine was ordered, my father’s funeral was desecrated in the Episcopal Church where he was a Priest .  An insulting letter from Dr. Nancy Joyce Shaffer and her attorney at that time, was delivered to me at the beginning of my father’s funeral.  The letter attempted to extort $240,000 from me.

My father was dying in January and February of 2016.  I could not spend time with him because I had to stay in Pittsburgh to defend myself against false charges fabricated by Magistrate Ronald Arnoni.

My father, Reverend Dr. Dallas B. As per his wishes, my father drew his last breath with two federal employees by his sides. My brother was holding his left hand and I his right hand.

Three years later, in 2021, after I’d fled into Amish country Ohio to escape and try to hide, armed FBI agents wearing body armor, including FBI Agent Lisa Brown (FBI Violent Crimes Task Force, Special Investigative Unit) showed up at my low-rent apartment in Newark Ohio to tell me to not to say another word about our proliferation into Pakistan.  I told the FBI Agents that in 2018:

“Susan E. Malie had me hunted like an animal at the NETL.”

WEAPONIZED WORKPLACE MOBBING

“Workplace mobbing is a malicious attempt to force a targeted individual out of the workplace through false accusations, humiliation, general harassment, emotional abuse, and terror.  It is a ‘ganging up’ on a targeted individual by the leaders of an organization, managers, and co-workers. Targeted individuals are usually high achievers who care about and speak about social injustices in their organization.

Arnoni and his Gang essentially kidnapped my wife, Dr. Nancy J. Shaffer. She is a religious scholar with a PhD in Religious Studies from Yale, and the mother of two children with autism. Aroni’s Gang used a Bind-Torture-Kill kit on me that is far more dangerous than that used by the evil BTK killer.  The BTK kit used by Arnoni’s Gang was made up of lies by the Trump Administration, by Pittsburgh Police, by Pittsburgh lawyers and by dirty Pittsburgh Judges. 

Patty Hearst was kidnapped and brainwashed by the Symbionese Liberation Army because her family had assets of $20 billion dollars.

I caused an oil company to lose $20.8 billion dollars. 

My wife was effectively kidnapped and brainwashed by Arnoni’s Gang.
Patty Hearst’s sentence was commuted by President Jimmy Carter. 
She was pardoned by President Clinton.

Because of the attacks by Arnoni and his Gang, at times I’ve had to eat out of garbage dumpsters to survive, while the Aroni’s Gang members dine at four-star restaurants on my federal retirement savings. 

My homeless pal “Radioman” taught me how to “dumpster dive.”  He’s called Radioman because he believes he has a radio chip in his head. 

Radioman lives in a garbage dumpster.  He says it’s the only place he can get some peace and quiet.  The ferric metal of the garbage dumpster blocks all radio signals.

This page is in honor and memory of my friend and colleague of 25 years,
DOE NETL Director Dr. Anthony V. Cugini.  He was a devout Roman Catholic.

On January 8, 2014, Anthony committed suicide in a barren field near the NETL Pittsburgh site.  He was a victim of weaponized “workplace mobbing” by Arnoni Gang member NETL Chief Counsel Susan E. Malie and the NETL Law Department.

Arnoni and his Gang did the same thing to me. After 41 months of their attacks, I tried to commit suicide to escape.  I barely survived.
